We have smaller company travel needs and did not meet the minimums required by many other companies. The HTN team was not only willing to help, they made us feel like a valued client.

Our company purchased a competitor earlier this year. Overnight we faced travel needs that we did not have prior. Kelly helped us to not only identify hotels in our new markets, but she also helped us to establish some corporate travel polices.

Our company services wind farms across the US. We can be in one town for months at a time waiting to conditions to be safe enough to climb the towers. Kelly has been great coordinating our changes needs.

Is it possible for something to be more than perfect? Working with the HTN team on a hotel for my wedding guests so easy. They found the perfect hotel, everyone loved it. They even arranged for a special surprise to be in our honeymoon suite. I cannot thank them enough.

The service I have been provided by HTN and Michelle Siese has been absolutely amazing. Michelle goes out of her way to make sure
everything goes smoothly by providing rates quickly, helping with hotels she didn’t even have any involvement in and offering to help in any other way she can. She responds to emails and calls very quickly and is very pleasant to work with. You can tell she truly appreciates her clients and their business, working with her has been a refreshing experience after a lot of bad experiences with other companies.
